During a great day of skiing while soaking in the beautiful vistas, don’t forget to explore Lookouts many food & beverage opportunities like our new Food Court located on the main level in the Day lodge or our Summit House Café which is located at the top of the mountain where all the chair lifts converge or our Pub & Grub Lounge located on the second level of the Day lodge.

Lookout Pass has all the amenities that you don’t expect from a small Family Friendly winter Resort destination like Lookout Pass. Yet it remains an intimate place with small town friendliness that keeps people coming back for more.

Lookout is dedicated to using fresh, seasonal ingredients in preparing our specialty salads, made to order sandwiches or oven toasted subs. You will always find something new each day on our lunch special menu board or in our hot deli case. Our soups & chilies will warm your heart and bring you back for more.

Breakfast? You bet!

For those early birds to the mountain to capture those first runs you can always find one or two “Sunrise Specials” that will fill you up until lunch. Or items like our Mountain Muffins made with your choice of sausage, bacon or ham. We then add an egg & cheese atop a toasted English muffin. We also have Hot Cinnamon Rolls W/ Vanilla Icing or Biscuits with sausage Gravy and Tater Tots. Want just a fresh brewed cup of freshly ground Coffee or Hot Chocolate? We have that also!

Like Quiznos or Subway, well we have them too. MMM…Toasty! Want Flavor? Want Delicious? The taste speaks for itself. Here is a sampling: Turkey, Bacon Classic Club or an Italian Stallion Torpedo or a Hawaiian Grinder with Honey Cured Ham, Swiss & American Cheese, Pineapple Tidbits and Honey Mustard Dressing. Are you on a diet? Want something light? And still delicious!

What About Lookout’s Market Fresh Salads, Made To Order. A Great Selection like: Our Chef Salad or our Taco Salad inside a Crisp Flour Tortilla. What about an Oriental Salad made with or without chicken. Ingredients like fresh tossed greens, match- stick carrots, baby corn, sliced water chestnuts, mandarin oranges and poppy seed dressing. Delicious!

Soups & Chili's You Bet!

Our soups are so delicious that some days you might want two bowls. We offer a wide variety of both cream and broth soups and offer vegetarian soups on a regular basis. Chili! Oh’ Yah. Not just one, but sometimes three. We offer our famous Lookout chili that has plenty of meat and is seasoned to just the right taste. We also carry our chicken chili on weekends and our vegetarian chili. You might want to try our soups or chilies in a bread bowl.

Want Hot Deli Snack Items & Entrees?

Each day we put out both baked and fried items like baked Lasagna with Garlic Toast or Golden Spicy Chicken Strips & Fries or Fish n’Jo Jo’s, or an Egg Roll, Pot Stickers & Fried Rice with Sweet N’ Sour Sauce. We do a Mini Burrito, Tacos & Taquitos w/ Rice. And there is plenty more.

Yikes! What about the kids?

Oh Yah! We have that covered. We have pizza by the slice or take it all, corn dogs, hot dogs, hot pretzels, nachos & cheese sauce, hot cookies and more.

Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Fries & Tater Babies are ready to go. Want to top those fries with chili or cheese or chili and cheese? We can do that too.

What About The Lunch Box! This place has everything.

Want To Create Your Own Lunch? Our self- serve refrigerated case has milk, juice, yogurt, puddings, gelatins, cheese, salads, desserts, as well as assorted sandwiches, heat and eat items, veggie trays, fruit & more.

Beverages:

From regular water to vitamin water to orchard blend juices we have plenty to choose from. We also carry milk, Gatorade, soda, hot chocolate, hot cider, coffee, tea and more. We also have wine, beer, liquor, coolers and more.

OUR LOFT PUB N' GRUB

Our Lounge not only has your favorite drink but also serves appetizers too. Lookout offers a nice selection of wine and mixed drinks. We also carry a fine selection of both domestic and imported beers. We have eight beers on tap. We carry a fine selection of micro brews as well as domestic beers that are available for your taste. You can also order some of our winter favorite mixed drinks with hot chocolate or cider.

The Pub also has our famous Bratwurst. We slow simmer our Beer Bratwurst in beer for that extra flavor. We also slow cook our Bratwurst on a rotisserie with other brats like Italian Bratwurst, Cheddarwurst or our white skinned Sweet Bratwurst.

The Loft Pub also has appetizers like:
Chicken Strips served with Ranch Dressing, Mozzarella Sticks, Sour Cream and Chive French Fries. Also, Beer Battered Corn Nuggets and Hot Wings.

SUMMIT HOUSE CAFE'

For those wishing to dine at the top of the mountain we offer a varied menu of Hot & Cold Foods & Beverages. Enjoy mountain top scenery while you munch or enjoy your favorite beverage. We also BBQ outside on sunny days and you can enjoy a burger, hot dog or bratwurst with all the fixins. The Summit House Café is open during the Christmas holiday season, other holidays and on weekends.

OUT-SIDE BARBECUING ON THE LODGE DECK

Outside barbecuing is done every weekend, weather permitting where your can enjoy the full flavor of outside grilling of your favorite burgers, hot dogs or bratwurst.
